Job Description Endava has launched a three-year Finance Graduate Programme designed to give graduates and undergraduates a unique opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience within the Endava Finance Team. The programme provides exposure to real-world finance operations, deepens technical knowledge, and helps participants build the professional relationships that will support long-term career growth. Throughout the programme, each Finance Trainee will complete a minimum of three rotations—typically one year each—carefully structured to develop both technical expertise and essential soft skills across key Finance and Accounting areas. Trainees will also be paired with an experienced mentor who will offer continuous guidance, coaching, and support at every stage. Rotation areas may include: Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Contracts to Cash, Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax and Treasury, or SOX compliance—providing a well-rounded foundation for a successful career in Finance. At the end of the programme, we hope to offer our Trainees a permanent role within (their preferred area of) our Finance organisation where they will continue to develop their career and professional skills. In addition, we provide paid study leave to support exam preparation and attending the exam, alongside travel expenses to exam centres if needed and any course materials are also supported by Endava. The Finance Trainee will participate in all soft skill and technical training along with the rotation teams. Enroll and successfully pass the exams for either the ACCA: Applied knowledge & Applied Skills or CIMA: Entry, Operational & Management Levels by the completion of 3 years. (Endava's cost). Develop knowledge of key accounting processes and take ownership of certain processes in each job rotation, as assigned by line manager. Develop knowledge and capability in forecasting, budgeting and business partnering processes. Develop broad accounting skills through successful completion of accounting exams, and on-the-job training. Develop soft skills through successful interactions with other parts of finance, other support functions, and client-facing personnel as the role demands. Other duties and activities as assigned within the Programme, and as directed by line manager in each rotation. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree education with major in Accounting, Finance or similar. Current undergraduate students are also accepted. Previous Experience Internships/Volunteering in Finance/Accounting/ or Similar Field is a plus. Prior Knowledge and Skills Good numeracy and analytical skills Strong motivation and commitment towards a career in Finance Basic knowledge of Excel Passionate about financial modelling skills Good presentation skills A proactive, fast learning person Good written and verbal communication skills Advanced knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written form. Organized and easily adaptable to a fast-changing work environment.
