Main responsibilities: Deliver collections management services to SBS, Review AR ageing reports, Perform collection & dunning, Determine appropriate escalations & follow-up actions as per defined process, Dispute & Claim Management – qualify and create disputes identified by Ci2C and manage dispute resolution under Ci2C responsibility. About you Experience: Ongoing university studies (active student status) studying a degree in finance or related subjects, Min 20-40 hours/week. Soft and technical skills: Strong deductive and analytical skills, Computer literate and familiar with accounting applications (knowledge of SAP will be an advantage), Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally, Good communication skills, Attentive to customer needs and feedback, Organized, attention to detail, Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner. Languages: English knowledge in advanced level, German language skill required, writing is sufficient (B1 is enough). Why choose us? Responsibilities

Deliver collections management services and review accounts receivable ageing reports. Manage dispute resolution and follow up actions as per defined processes.
