Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader YES GRADUATE PROGRAMME–FCM PLZ Job title: YES Graduate Location: Port Elizabeth Department: Finance Reports to: FCM Plant Controller Contract: 12 months contract as part of our Graduate program Closing date for applications: 05th November 2025 Your mission, roles and responsibilities MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The YES Graduate will be responsible for assisting in the controlling of a plant in order to guarantee and optimize the plant's financial performance and competitiveness. The main missions will be to gain development and learning on the following: As a Plant controlling graduate, your main responsibilities are as follow: • Assist in ensuring compliance to all financial procedures • Execute and control internal finance procedures in accordance with Group procedures and policies • Ensure site activities are compliant with Faurecia finance related procedures (product flow, inventory, routings) and internal control basics • Internal audit of processes and procedures • Provide reliable financial / controlling information • Preparation of daily KPI dashboard • Participate in financial forecasting processes, providing data for budget, periodic forecast etc. • Collect and manage data consolidation and reporting, ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency and compliance • Update information into the ERP System • Assist in ensuring reliability of standard costing • Contribute to controlling analysis including variance analysis/standard costs, margin/programs, plant budgetary control • Collaborate with Shared Service Centre obtaining/providing proper finance information • Contribute to the control and management of the plant’s operating cashflow (capex, inventories, overdues) Your profile and competencies to succeed QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: The ideal graduate will have/be: • Accounting or Finance Degree/ Diploma • Computer literate and good knowledge of IT systems • Solid accounting knowledge • Strong teamwork • Languages: English • Good communication skills • Attention to detail. • Good analytical Skills • Age between 18-35 • Never been registered with the Y.E.S Youth Program before Interested applicants are to submit a comprehensive CV, coupled with copies of their academic results, qualifications and ID via the online portals 05th November 2025.
