Starting in autumn 2025, you will follow a structured 22 month’s curriculum that includes:
+ Rotational assignments across key functions and international markets
+ Learning blocks focused on technical finance, leadership, and competency development, such as communication, decision making, influencing, and stakeholder management.
+ A global mentoring and exchange program to develop a broad, cross-cultural mindset
+ A final capstone project where you present your impact to senior stakeholders

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING

We’re looking for professionals with curiosity, commitment, and the drive to grow into impactful finance leaders within our global organization. Our ideal candidate brings:

  • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics, alternatively with a (proven expertise or) genuine interest in these fields.
  • Sound understanding of financial matters, even if your current role isn’t in finance
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience preferably in finance or related fields
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written), with strong communication skills
  • Strong drive to relocate globally and work in international settings
  • A collaborative mindset, respectful of different cultures and perspectives
  • A genuine interest in finance and the forwarding/logistics sector
