Your tasks:

Professional coordination and co-creation of the further development of onboarding operations
Ensuring correct, timely and high-quality master data management
Monitoring and processing of incoming funds as well as control of investment strategies
Ensuring and further developing quality standards, controls and processes
Identifying and implementing efficiency and process improvements
Close collaboration with customer service, compliance, IT and other specialist departments
Participation in cross-departmental projects and assumption of own specialist and process responsibilities.
Active participation in shaping digital transformation and automation

Your profile:

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in banking operations, back office or financial services environment
Solid knowledge of master data management; experience with Finnova is an advantage.
Strong process and quality orientation, as well as an interest in digitalization and automation.
Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor at different hierarchical levels
Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to work
High level of personal responsibility, quality awareness and implementation strength
Fluent German skills; French and/or English skills are an advantage.
