Your tasks

In this position, you will play a central role in the further development of the finance organization and drive forward cross-departmental optimization and transformation projects.

Your tasks include, in particular:

• Independent management and implementation of finance projects with clearly defined goals and timelines.
• Participation in the introduction and further development of modern ERP solutions within the corporate group.
• Support in implementing new accounting and reporting standards
• Analysis of existing financial processes as well as identification and realization of improvement potentials
• Development and implementation of group-wide standardized processes, guidelines and best practices
• Support for integration projects in the context of company acquisitions
• Ensuring the smooth integration of new companies into existing finance structures
• Close collaboration with commercial managers, finance officers and other stakeholders within the group
• Supporting management with strategic issues related to process efficiency and organizational development

Your profile

You have a strong analytical mindset, work in a structured manner, and enjoy actively driving change.

Technical requirements

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on finance, accounting, business administration or comparable qualification
• Initial practical experience in project management, process management, or finance.
• A sound understanding of business relationships and financial processes
• Experience with ERP systems and digital transformation projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of international accounting standards is welcome, but not a requirement.
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel
