Our Finance Transformation and EPM consulting practice is seeking extraordinary individuals with a deep expertise in Financial Close and Consolidation processes and the business architecture for the associated record-to-report (R2R) processes. You’ll be working at the cutting edge of technology with renowned organizations to reinvent the financial close processes that shape the financial landscape.
Your Role
Inspire Transformation: As a Manager within our EPM team, you’ll deliver innovative client engagements, transforming financial close processes including consolidation, narrative reporting, last mile reporting and working day timetable improvements. Your leadership will not only change processes but deliver real, tangible business benefits.
Champion Innovation: You’ll harness your expertise to push the boundaries of what’s possible, creating and implementing visionary ideas that drive substantial impact. You will cultivate and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with stakeholders, ensuring continuous evolution of thought leadership in Finance Transformation.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:

• Experience delivering end to end financial close and reporting process design and operating model delivery, ideally within large multinationals.
• Strong track record in fostering finance process change enabled by technology, either as a seasoned consultant or a senior finance professional.
• Good understanding of how digital technology and AI is reshaping the finance landscape.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities focused on developing and enhancing teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on influencing and driving change in complex environments.
• A business and finance process-oriented mindset that seamlessly integrates technology and finance concepts.
• Experience delivering solutions with leading EPM products such as SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Tagetik, or Board is desirable.
• Experience of working with other emerging technologies (e.g. Agentic Process Automation, AI, Machine Learning etc) is desirable.
