.A permanent senior role sitting within the transformation team. This position carries full program ownership from design through to delivery, with broad stakeholder engagement across Finance, IT, Operations, Legal, Procurement and HR.

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation across reporting, processes, systems, controls and governance
• Influence senior leaders across Finance, IT, Operations, Legal, Procurement and HR and direct external advisors and delivery partners to secure program outcomes
• Sponsor finance systems and data initiatives from requirements definition through mapping, validation, migration, testing and go-live
• Maintain accountability for audit, tax, compliance, statutory reporting and control integrity throughout transformation
• Report on progress, risks and issues to senior stakeholders
