As Finance Transformation Leader within Exact's Finance organization, you play a key role in realizing sustainable improvements in our financial processes AND our product. You ensure that change is not only designed but also actually takes root in the organization. You report to the Finance Director - Global Shared Services.

You work at the intersection of Finance, IT, Operations, and Product, leading strategic transformation initiatives that contribute to efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making. The current focus is on redesigning our Finance processes in Exact Online and Lucanet Cloud using AI, as well as integrating Acquisitions and further optimizing and merging processes. With your expertise, you help Exact realize its growth ambitions. Your responsibilities:

• Leading complex change and transformation programs within Finance
• Designing and implementing improved end-to-end financial processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)
• Providing feedback to our product organization
• Senior-level stakeholder management, including Management Team, Executive Committee, and international teams
• Translating strategy into concrete change roadmaps and implementation
• Identifying optimization opportunities based on process data, benchmarks, and best practices
• Managing and guiding the project teams and process owners (indirect management of the cross-functional teams varying in size from 3-7 FTE)
• Safeguarding adoption within the organization
• Collaborating with IT for system implementation and digitization of processes (e.g. ERP, process and workflow automation, AI)

This = what you bring

• HBO or WO degree in Finance, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or similar
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in process improvement, ERP implementations, and change management within Finance
• Experience with transformations in an international, fast-growing organization
• In-depth knowledge of finance processes and ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and persuasiveness
• Experience with change methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar)
• Fluent in Dutch and English
