ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re on an exciting journey to modernise our finance function, by making optimal use of our current ERP and ledger systems in the short term, while exploring the implementation of a new, cutting-edge ERP solution in the longer term. We’re looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to lead this transformation driving process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency, and playing a key role in shaping the future of our financial operations.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead the redesign and optimisation of finance processes within our legacy system, preparing us for a streamlined, future-ready operating model.
• Spearhead the successful implementation of a new ERP system – from defining requirements to data migration and configuration.
• Develop and design interactive Power BI dashboards to automate reporting, track key financial and operational metrics, and embed analytics into finance workflows.
• Act as a bridge between Finance, IT, and external partners to ensure alignment on transformation goals and technical needs.
• Manage end-to-end finance transformation projects, tracking milestones, mitigating risks, and reporting progress to senior leadership.
• Drive adoption of new systems and processes through effective change management, communication, and training.
• Enhance financial performance with advanced modelling, scenario planning, and improved reporting tools.
