For an internationally active group of companies in a project-oriented, technology and service-oriented environment, we are looking for a Finance Transformation Manager (m/f/d) specializing in digitalization and processes for a permanent position in the western metropolitan region of Hamburg.

Your tasks

Leadership and development of a team in the area of Finance & Accounting
Responsibility for accounting (including the preparation of annual financial statements)
Design and optimization of digital finance and accounting processes
Management of automation and transformation initiatives
Further development of the ERP landscape and financially relevant systems
Development of modern reporting, KPI and analysis tools
Identification and implementation of efficiency potentials along finance processes
Supporting organizational change processes
Collaboration with international departments and management units

Your profile

A degree with a focus on finance, accounting, business administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in the finance, accounting or controlling field
Initial or substantial leadership experience
A background in logistics/supply chain is an advantage.
Experience in finance transformation, digitalization, or process optimization
Good knowledge of modern ERP systems
Very good German and English skills
High IT affinity and interest in data-driven processes
Structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic working method
