We’re looking for a Project Manager to support Revenue Controllership across Revenue Accounting and Revenue Operations. You’ll drive projects of varying sizes across the end‑to‑end revenue lifecycle, translating business needs into clear requirements while partnering with operational and technical teams to deliver durable outcomes. This isn’t a generalist project management role—you’ll go deep in Order to Cash areas so you can speak for revenue stakeholders while connecting business, data and systems. You’ll work across multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑moving environment. We value calm, structured execution, clear communication and a bias for learning as we raise the quality bar together.

Responsibilities
  • Own end‑to‑end project management from intake through launch for revenue initiatives across customer onboarding, order management, incentives, billing, revenue accounting, technical revenue accounting, deal desk, collections, reporting and product/pricing
  • Run structured intake, clarify problem statements and draft requirements with requestors and cross‑functional partners
  • Map current to future state processes, document impacted systems and data flows and perform fit‑gap against business requirements
  • Review IT solution designs, align scope and timelines and ensure traceability from requirements to test cases and outcomes
  • Lead UAT planning and execution, coordinate change management and training and drive launch communications and status updates
  • Build project metrics and benefits tracking so teams can measure impact and learn over time
  • Act as a day‑to‑day liaison with Revenue Controllership, RevOps, IT/FinSys, Sales, Product, Legal, Marketing, FP&A and Internal Audit to unblock decisions and keep work moving
  • Contribute to a healthy project portfolio by surfacing risks, dependencies and tradeoffs early
  • Monitor System health through understanding critical system defects each month and facilitate retrospectives with business and IT
  • Lead/support the build out of our in-house data analytics capabilities in transformation while supporting adhoc data requests from Revenue Org
