Finance Transformation – Group Reporting (m/f/d).

This is what you can expect

AdviceYou will implement modern Disclosure Management and Smart Close solutions (including Workiva, Lucanet, and Floqast) and advise national and international clients throughout the entire project lifecycle – from requirements analysis and design to implementation and go-live. Your focus will be on the technical and procedural requirements of corporate reporting, closing, and data-driven reporting processes.

Analyse– You analyze, structure, and optimize structures and processes for interim and annual reporting, consolidated financial statements, management reports, and closing. In doing so, you address both technical, procedural, and system-related issues.

Project managementYou will be responsible for implementation projects, managing time, resources, and quality aspects, and will be the main point of contact for our clients. Working closely with interdisciplinary teams from accounting, reporting, controlling, sustainability, and investor relations, you will ensure successful implementation.

Concept & EnablementYou will design and moderate workshops and training sessions for specialists and key users, and be responsible for configuring the disclosure management and closing software. Additionally, you will manage data integration from upstream systems (e.g., consolidation, ERP, sustainability, HR) and ensure an effective end-to-end process.

This is what you bring with you

• You have completed your studies in business administration, business informatics, finance or a comparable field of study.
• You have more than three years of experience in projects focusing on the implementation of Disclosure Management and/or Smart Close solutions.
• You are confident in handling accounting principles (German Commercial Code (HGB), IFRS and, if applicable, ESRS) as well as the requirements of internal and external financial reporting and closing processes.
• You have experience working with data models, ETL processes and interfaces.
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
