JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced , confident and detail-oriented CPA to join our team as Finance Transformation Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services, corporate finance, and accounting, with a proven ability to drive business development and manage risk effectively. This role requires an excellent opportunity to grow their expertise in process improvement, internal control evaluation and driving operational efficiencies through thoughtful redesign initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Recently earned CPA designation with audit and financial reporting experience
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, cost management, risk analysis, and risk management principles.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $90,000.00-$125,000.00 per year

  • Audit and financial reporting : 6 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
