Find your future with us. Job Summary The Finance Transformation Program Manager drives process and system transformation to support rapid production growth and accelerated deliveries. This role optimizes build-to-inventory strategies, improves balance-sheet performance, and assesses scheduling and forecasting across the company. It ensures synchronized planning systems, streamlines IMS activities among key stakeholders, and provides leadership and mentorship across cost, schedule, and portfolio management teams. This position's internal job code is Program Management Spec. Our team is currently hiring for a level 5. Responsibilities In support of rapid growth and scaling up production, this role will ensure the seamless transformation and implementation of processes and systems enabling accelerated deliveries Support development of build to inventory strategy Balance sheet optimization including liquidating inventory to convert to revenue Conduct independent assessments of scheduling and forecasting across company Support synchronization/optimization of systems feeding company forecasting and planning and levels at which data is collected Manage and ensure compliant transformation of detailed IMS activities between company stakeholders (Programs, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, etc.) and assess for streamlining capabilities Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Project Controls, leadership, and managerial skills Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education Manage, train, and mentor Cost Managers, Schedule Managers, Portfolio Business Managers, and Portfolio Schedule Leads Prior experience with Earned Value metrics and rules This position requires an active U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active) Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding of cost control and scheduling best practices, experience in Aerospace preferred Summary Pay-Range Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only of what is reasonably expected to be paid for the position. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
