ABOUT THE TEAM

This role reports to the Head of Finance Transformation in the CAO organization, whose primary focus is driving innovative solutions to modernize and scale finance operations. The team is a creative, collaborative group that’s excited about tackling challenges, embracing new technologies, and building processes that make a real impact. We’re looking for someone who wants to join a fun and fast-moving team, roll up their sleeves, and lead the charge in transforming how we work.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in Finance, Accounting, or related fields, with a strong background in project management and financial transformation work
  • At least 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects and/or system implementations
  • Experience implementing and driving adoption of innovative tools or technologies
  • Extensive knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and effective control setups
  • Proficient in leveraging financial systems to implement technical policies
  • Proven track record as a change leader with strong influence on leadership and project teams
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with significant analytical and interpersonal abilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • CPA or PMP certification
  • Current knowledge of industry best practices and innovations
  • Experience in Quote-to-Cash (QTC) transformation with tools like CPQ, HighRadius, or similar
  • Working knowledge of Monday.com, Oracle Cloud, FloQast, Workiva, and Jira is a plus
  • Prior exposure to high-growth, fast-paced startup environments
  • AI Knowledge
