What you’ll do: Craft and execute cutting-edge Finance Strategies and Target Operating Models, including Global Business Services working with executives. Elevate Finance into a Strategic Business Partner by designing and implementing an insight-led advisory function, shaping actionable recommendations that drive business success. Lead the deployment of Cloud ERP, EPM, Automation, and AI technologies to foster Process Excellence, enhancing finance efficiency and effectiveness. Advance Enterprise Performance Management capabilities to provide clients with deep insights into business performance drivers, accelerate decision-making, and uncover growth opportunities. What we’re looking for: A strong consulting, continuous improvement, or project-oriented background. Proven experience delivering finance transformation programs, including Finance Operating Model and service delivery model design, and end-to-end process improvement across P2P, O2C, R2R and FP&A/PB&F. Hands-on advisory experience with finance technologies and automation tools—particularly SAP S/4HANA—plus Oracle, OneStream, Workday Adaptive, Microsoft/Power BI, and data visualisation platforms (e.g., Tableau, QlikView). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex business challenges and turn insights into practical outcomes. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience collaborating across diverse teams and senior stakeholders. Interest in Future of Finance trends, including AI and Agentic Finance, and how to apply them to create value. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is preferred; professional qualifications such as CPA Australia, CA ANZ, or CIMA are highly regarded (desired but not mandatory).
