YOUR CHALLENGE Develops and implements a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the ROC Finance Programme, focusing on organisational readiness across key finance functions including Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Treasury, and Pricing Conducts detailed organisational impact assessments to identify changes in roles, processes, and capabilities, collaborating with HR, L&D, and process owners to close skill gaps and support operating model adjustments Drives stakeholder engagement and leadership sponsorship by equipping senior leaders with tools and messaging to champion change, while designing and executing targeted communication campaigns tailored to diverse finance audiences Designs and delivers role-specific training programmes—combining e-learning, workshops, and job aids—in partnership with Learning & Development, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and sustained capability post-go-live Monitors business readiness through a structured dashboard (tracking training completion, UAT participation, feedback sentiment, etc.), proactively manages resistance, and provides post-implementation support to drive adoption and continuous improvement YOUR PROFILE Demonstrated experience in organisational change management (OCM) within large-scale transformation programmes, preferably in financial services or highly regulated industries; proven track record in delivering change initiatives spanning people, process, and technology In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks, such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter’s 8-Step Model, with hands-on application in developing change strategies, conducting impact assessments, and measuring business readiness Strong understanding of finance operations and systems, particularly in areas like Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Treasury, and Pricing; familiarity with banking platforms (e.g., T24/Temenairo) or ERP systems beneficial Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences—from frontline staff to senior leaders—and create compelling content (FAQs, newsletters, presentations) to drive engagement and reduce resistance Project coordination and stakeholder management abilities, including facilitating workshops, running training sessions, coordinating with HR and L&D, managing readiness dashboards, and working effectively in cross-functional teams under tight deadlines We only consider candidates who can start immediately.
