Our Creditors Clerks are excited by numbers and attention to detail. You will work with the Financial Controller to provide reporting and administrative support. As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the finance department. Capture, process, and verify supplier invoices and credit notes Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies Prepare and process payment runs Maintain accurate creditors’ ledger and supplier records Handle supplier queries efficiently and professionally Assist with month-end procedures and audit requirements Ensure compliance with internal financial controls Qualifications Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude An eye for detail Is a creative problem-solver Passionate about creating extraordinary service. Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction. Strong verbal communication skills Likes having fun at work.
