Description

YOU MAY BE A NEWLY QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT (CIMA, ACCA, ACA), OR A PART-QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT WHO IS NEARING THE END OF YOUR EXAMS AND ALREADY BRINGS SOLID ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE.

You’ll bring:
-
- Strong Excel skills — including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Experience with reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
- A methodical mindset, with attention to detail and a drive to resolve issues effectively.
You’ll be joining a close-knit team of Financial Accountants, each bringing their own expertise while supporting one another to deliver at a high standard. Collaboration, problem-solving, and knowledge-sharing are part of daily life here.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver accurate and timely period-end reporting for Volvo Group UK Limited, including Renault Trucks UK reporting and revenue recognition.
  • Reconcile key balance sheet accounts and resolve issues before monthly reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, policies, and controls.
  • Use Excel daily for reconciliations, analysis, and reporting.
  • Work closely with your manager and colleagues on ad hoc tasks that make a real impact across the business.
