You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies while providing valuable insights to support business decisions. Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Ensure all accounting activities comply with local laws, accounting standards, and company policies. Manage the general ledger and perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Financial Accountant, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards (IAS/IFRS), and financial regulations. Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
