Reinsurance Accounting (RIA) provides reliable accounting information to internal and external stakeholders. We act passionately to support business value creation while relying on harmonized processes, methods and tools to efficiently lead global operations. We continuously review our operations with the aim to improve and optimize our processes to be compliant with the accounting standards. RIA is a global, diverse team of highly motivated experts, values open communication and is eager to actively help shaping the RIA of tomorrow.
Within the GPO department, our team has various and diversified engagements within the reinsurance segment. We manage and reconcile various relationships within the companies of the group, take responsibilities for special and retroactive treaties and assess all relevant questions concerning accounting principles (IFRS & HGB). Our objective is continuous improvement and optimization as well as conformity with accounting standards while permanently coordinating and involving the group-wide, international contacts and interfaces.
In this ever-changing environment, we are looking for a dedicated Financial Accountant for our team for the intercompany reconciliation and retrocession task to engage and add value to the following tasks:
