What our Financial Accountants do Take full ownership manage the end-to-end financial administration for specific entities – from invoice processing to reporting Keep our numbers clean and reliable prepare journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and support month-end close activities Support performance insights review P&Ls and contribute to accurate, timely reporting for our 80+ stores across 9 countries Be a trusted finance partner act as the go-to person for finance-related questions from stores and HQ teams Build strong relationships coordinate with vendors, reconcile statements, and resolve invoice queries Keep cash flowing smoothly assist with payment runs, process employee declarations, and reconcile bank transactions Improve how we work help optimise financial processes and reporting in a fast-growing, changing environment Support key moments contribute to ad hoc business cases and assist during the annual audit You have Experience with fixed assets accounting; experience with Odoo ERP is a strong plus Strong VAT knowledge strong experience on VAT submission Educational foundation a solid accounting or finance degree (BSc or MSc level) Relevant experience 3-5 years in a finance or accounting role Analytical skills strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel formulas Solution-oriented mindset ability to adapt quickly when things change Ownership mindset comfort taking ownership and improvising when needed Languages fluency in English, both spoken and written What we offer Competitive salary Flexible hybrid work environment Time off that counts 25 holidays per year (fulltime) plus tenure-based extra days (2 after 1 year, 3 after 2 years) Company pension plan Travel support reimbursement if living more than 10 km from HQ Wellbeing support collaboration with ClassPass and unlimited mental health support via OpenUp Optical perks continuous free updates of your eyewear collection plus great discounts Healthy lunches & snacks daily nutritious lunch and healthy snacks A culture to love participation in events planned by our CultureClub Site: HQAMS01
