About the Opportunity: The Finance Accountant will be responsible for ensuring financial compliance, accuracy in reporting, and effective coordination across tax, audit, payroll, intercompany transactions, and cashflow management. This role supports both local and group-level financial operations and contributes to the overall financial health and transparency of the organization. Your main responsibility is: * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Manage month-end closing processes. * Develop and monitor budgets with variance analysis. * Forecast cash flow for financial stability. * Oversee fixed asset and inventory management. * Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and timely filings. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Maintain accurate tax records. * Lead and participate in finance-related projects across the business. * Calculate and process company payroll. * Record salary transactions and manage bank payments. About you The Essentials: * Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. * Proven experience in financial analysis, tax management, and audit coordination. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
