ARAG UK has an excellent new opportunity for a Financial Accountant in our Finance Department in Bristol.
Reporting to the Financial Accounting Manager, the successful candidate will assist in the preparation of the monthly reporting for our Insurance Operations and Managing Agent’s (MGA’s) in the UK and ROI. You will work together with the rest of the Finance team to bring the accounts to trial balance, prepare the financial accounts and will take responsibility for aspects of the general ledger which are under your control.
You will support the Financial Accounting Manager to liaise with external and internal auditors. The Financial Accountant may assist with other Finance related projects and will support the more junior members of the team in completing, reviewing, and improving month end procedures and reconciliations.
