Who You Are The Financial Accountant will work closely with the DIRTT Finance team and provide the opportunity to work on a wide range of accounting and finance tasks, gaining exposure to various aspects of the field. What You’ll Do * Assist in maintaining and reconciling the general ledger. * Post and review journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. * Assist in preparing financial statements and reports. * Analyze and report on financial performance, variances, and trends. * Assist in processing invoices, tracking payments, and managing vendor relationships. * Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information. * Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. * Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making. * Participate in special projects and financial research as required.
