Job Title: Financial Accountant

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our finance
team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the
preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts, year-end accounts
and future forecasts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
This role plays a critical part in supporting the business through financial reporting and
analysis.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA).
2+ years post-qualification experience in a similar financial accounting role.
Strong understanding of Irish tax and accounting standards.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Prepare monthly management accounts including profit & loss, balance sheet, and
cashflow.
Perform detailed account reconciliations and variance analysis.
Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes.
Support external audit processes.
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
Support ad hoc finance projects as required.
