WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Extensive experience in a Personal Assistant role.
  • Experience in providing administrative support to multiple staff at director level.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Strong IT skills and highly competent in the use of all Microsoft Office applications, with a particular emphasis on Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Operate with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to be flexible and adaptable in order to meet the needs of the role.
  • Strong ability to use own initiative and work unsupervised.
