Job description

To expand our finance team at our Berlin location, we are looking for a financial accountant / balance sheet accountant / accountant (m/f/d) to start immediately.

This is what you can expect

• 
  
• They support the financial, fixed asset, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting , which is managed by our tax advisor.
• 
  
• They contribute to ensuring proper bookkeeping.
• 
  
• They are responsible for the management of domestic and foreign subsidiaries .
• 
  
• They are responsible for communication with tax advisors and auditors both domestically and internationally.
• 
  
• They are involved in the process of receiving and sending e-invoices, as well as in travel expense accounting.
• 
  
• They manage domestic and international payment transactions.
• 
  
• They assist in the timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and oversee the annual audit.
• 
  
• They reconcile our accounts and intercompany transactions.
• 
  
• They maintain the shareholders' accounts in accordance with the provisions of our articles of association.
