We're looking for a detail-oriented Financial Accountant with a strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls to help keep our finance operations running smoothly and accurately. A LITTLE TASTE OF YOUR DAY-TO-DAY Every day is different, but you'll mostly be: * Preparing and reviewing journals, reconciliations, and month-end financial reports * Monitoring balance sheet accounts, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable to ensure accuracy * Supporting payroll audits, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities * Maintaining strong financial controls and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards * Assisting with month-end closing, asset reporting, and supervising the Accounts team in the absence of the Finance & Business Support Manager WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU * Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Accounting or Finance * Or three years of accounting experience, preferably within the hospitality industry * Or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting * Must speak fluent English WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US We give our people everything they need to succeed.
