• Have fluent Chinese and English.
  1.Be responsible for the daily financial accounting work of real estate projects, including but
  not limited to voucher entry, account processing, statement preparation, etc., to ensure
  the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
• Participate in the preparation and management of project budgets, track the
  implementation of budgets, conduct variance analysis, and put forward reasonable
  improvement suggestions.
• Assist in project cost accounting and control, accurately collect development costs,
  review various cost and expense expenditures, and ensure the compliance of cost
  accounting.
  4.Be responsible for project tax-related work, including tax declaration, tax calculation,
  invoice management, etc., to ensure tax compliance.
• Cooperate with internal and external audit work and provide relevant financial materials
  and data support.
• Properly keep financial archives, including vouchers, account books, statements, etc., to
  ensure the completeness and safety of archives.
• Maintain good communication with other departments of the project and provide financial support and services.
