Kaizen Automotive Group is seeking a detail-driven Financial Accountant to join its centralized accounting office in Calgary. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of a dynamic, multi-entity business environment while working alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Deliver financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of financial systems and processes.
