Monash University is seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Accountant to provide expert accounting services to the University. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality financial accounting advice, maintaining accurate general ledger and lease accounting integrity, overseeing critical month-end and year-end processes, and assisting with statutory reporting. You’ll also play a key role in supporting our Property and Leasing function and engaging with audit and compliance matters.
This position will be responsible for delivering the University’s core financial accounting functions, including oversight of month-end and year-end close-off processes and providing advanced financial analysis.
