About the Role We are seeking a qualified Financial Accountant to manage end-to-end financial accounting and reporting activities. This role is responsible for month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate financial results, strong controls and compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements. You will play a key role in financial reporting, balance sheet integrity, audit support and continuous improvement, partnering closely with internal and regional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage month-end close, including journals, accruals, reconciliations and variance analysis Maintain balance sheet integrity, including intercompany balances and complex reconciliations Account for payroll, commissions, bonuses, leave provisions and IFRS16 leases Prepare financial reports, dashboards and commentary for stakeholders Review P&L, balance sheet and cash flow results Support tax, statutory reporting and audit processes (ATO, APRA, ABS) Approve payments within delegated authority Contribute to improving financial controls, policies and processes To be successful in this role: About You CA/CPA qualified 3–4+ years’ experience in financial accounting and reporting Strong knowledge of IFRS and Australian tax (GST, FBT, Income Tax) Proven ability to resolve complex reconciliation issues Proactive, detail-oriented and solutions-focused Strong communicator and collaborative team player Technology industry experience is advantageous but not essential This is a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract What we give back to you?
