Job Summary: The Financial Accountant is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting effective financial decision-making. The role involves preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting in budgeting and auditing processes within a hospitality or food & beverage environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports. Record and reconcile general ledger entries on a regular basis. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Coordinate with external auditors during audits. Monitor cash flow and support financial control procedures. Analyze financial data and provide insights to management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
