Job Description Manage accounting operations for the Thai joint venture company, ensuring accuracy and compliance of financial data Handle monthly tax filing, audit work, and bank operations including guarantees, credit facilities, and cash management Conduct contract reviews from a risk management perspective across commercial, construction, and procurement agreements Report to the domestic financial management system and support business needs in Shanghai and Zhuhai with flexibility for business travel Qualifications **Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance, or related field with 4+ years of finance or accounting experience, including general ledger accounting; knowledge of IFRS and tax policies required Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) with proficiency in Thai language preferred; familiarity with Thai tax and banking operations a plus Demonstrated risk awareness and contract review capabilities with ability to independently manage complex financial tasks Based in Bangkok with excellent teamwork and communication skills; willingness to travel to Shanghai and Zhuhai as needed Additional Information What We Offer Competitive salary & performance bonus Global offshore/marine projects & cross-cultural teamwork Clear career path in quality management and supplier development
