THE OPPORTUNITY

Working in a motivated team, you’ll provide a range of support services to reach operational goals. In your day-to-day activities, you’ll be assisting with the preparation and review of weekly and monthly financial and management reports. This role will work closely with the Finance Manager and partner with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a permanent full-time role based in our office in Seven Hills, 2147.

• Undertake financial analysis & variance reporting
• Understand operational reasons contributing to performance
• Assist in ensuring balance sheet reconciliations are accurate, complete and meet accounting standards
• Assist in the development of management & compliance reporting
• Undertake management reporting and support budget process
• Maintain effective working relationships with personnel in the team and in other departments
• Finalise the month end result with operation business partners and finance manager
• Review weekly contribution margin/contract profit margin
• Over/under client cost reconciliation
