Salary: $100,000-$105,000 + Superannuation | Full-time
Yo-Chi is growing and so is our team! We’re looking for an exceptional Full Time Financial Accountant to join us and help power the next phase of Yo-Chi’s growth!
This is a broad, hands on role perfect for someone who loves getting into the detail and partnering with people. You’ll work closely with our Finance Director and Operations team to lead core accounting tasks, provide commercial insight, and support venue performance across the network.
What you’ll do:

Own the month-end process across multiple entities

Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and insights

Support venue leaders to unpack their P&Ls and improve performance

Track key metrics like labour, COGS and marketing spend

Champion process improvements across systems, inventory, and cash handling

Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and strategic decision making
What we’re looking for:

CA or CPA qualified, with 3+ years in financial or management accounting

Strong technical skills and confident communicating with non-finance teams

Commercially minded, curious, and eager to make an impact

Proficient in Excel; experience with Xero, Microsoft BC/Dynamics or Power BI a bonus

Comfortable in a fast paced, multi-site environment where no two days are the same
