We are now seeking a Financial Accounting Analyst to join our Lumea Finance team. This role is critical in strengthening our financial accounting capability, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and high-quality analytical insights to support informed business decisions.     You will also play a key role in managing the organisation’s bank guarantee processes and associated compliance obligations, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.     Key responsibilities include:   Prepare accurate financial statements and compliance reporting in line with accounting standards, supporting month-end and year-end close activities Provide technical accounting advice and ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements Deliver financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making Maintain effective internal controls and support continuous improvement of compliance processes Partner with business units, customers, and external advisors, including managing bank guarantee processes and liaising with auditors and regulators     This role is based in Ultimo and offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits and genuine opportunities for professional development and career progression.     Join us and help shape Australia’s clean energy future.     About you     To succeed in this role, you will have:   A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, and CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) 5+ years’ experience in financial accounting, ideally within infrastructure, energy, or other capital-intensive industries; experience with major accounting firms is a plus Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems desirable Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively, influence stakeholders, and deliver with high attention to detail     Recognition & Reward     We believe in providing our people personal, professional and social benefits so that they can deliver their best work each and every day.
