  To support all of the exciting work we pride ourselves in having strong corporate functions. The Finance Team is as the heart of the organisation, playing a vital role in achieving this, and were now looking for a Financial Accounting Manager to support.

• Oversee the financial accounting team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage the preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
