ABOUT THE ROLE
Mater Group Finance are looking for an experienced and driven Financial Accounting Supervisor for the Mater Health entity to join their team. This is a permanent, full-time position based in our purpose-built offices at Newstead.
Reporting to the Financial Manager Accounting, the Financial Accounting Supervisor role is crucial in ensuring precise preparation of comprehensive financial statements, including monthly and quarterly Balance Sheet and P&L reconciliations.
You will conduct thorough review and variance analysis in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with Australian Accounting Standards, Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) regulations and Mater’s policies and procedures. Additionally, the role will involve leading, managing, developing, and delegating to a team of direct reports.
Salary range: $139,436 - $149,640 per annum plus 12% superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
