About Job The Financial Admin will support the Network Market Expansion team by managing and ensuring the accuracy of various financial and administrative processes related to franchise branch and marketing expansion activities. This role is critical for maintaining smooth financial operations, processing reimbursements, ensuring timely payments, and supporting budgeting needs as the number of our franchise branch continues to grow. Skills & Qualification D3 in Business, Accounting, or Management. 2+ years experience in financial/administrative roles. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and high accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Detail-oriented, fast response, and proactive. Responsibilities Manage marketing and expansion activity budgets. Process and verify monthly agent reimbursement and commission claims. Handle consumable purchasing requests (PR) and create FOC shipments. Prepare disposisi for counter sales and Medisend. Manage counter commission/share revenue administration. Process debit notes for non-COP revenue. Support shipment and revenue reporting (D+1). Ensure all administrative submissions meet monthly deadlines.
