OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and have a background in office management or clerical work. This role is essential in supporting daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing excellent customer service. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, assisting with front desk duties, and maintaining a positive environment for both staff and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clients.
  • Experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
