Mō te tūranga | What you’ll be doing This role is to support work being done on a large scale project. Administer purchasing and credit card transactions, ensuring compliance with expenditure policies and accurate record-keeping. Perform accounts receivable duties and prepare bank and balance sheet reconciliations. Support daily cash forecasting and treasury back-office processes. Accurately process and allocate incoming payments from customers. Identify and implement process improvements within finance operations. Collaborate with Procurement to provide expenditure data and support financial reporting.
