WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

CCE is seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, resourceful and financially literate individual with high competency in financial administration and reporting. The candidate should have an excellent ability to work individually, be keen on highly detailed record keeping, and work well as a team player.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong planning, time management and organizational skills required
  • Strong punctuality & attendance required
  • Excellent computer skills required
  • Experience using QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce or similar business management software is a very strong asset.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and willingness to learn
  • Business/financial background is required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
  • CFA completion or candidacy is an asset.
  • Candidate must be eligible to work in Canada and provide proof of eligibility.
  • Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Must possess reliable ability to commute to- and from- the Head Office.
  • Compliance with all CCE Safety rules, policies, procedures, and the CCE Code of Ethics.
Responsibilities
  • Use finance tracking software to create, track, and maintain invoices, purchase orders, and bill payments.
  • Work closely with accounting and upper management to efficiently and accurately perform routine financial operations.
  • Keep track of- and follow-up on accounts receivable.
  • Keep track of- and process accounts payable.
  • Review and approve employee expense reimbursement submissions according to company policies and procedures.
  • Digital and physical record keeping of all related finance administration activities.
  • Complete bank reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with members of the sales team for accurate customer billing.
  • Perform quarterly inventory audits alongside the logistics and administration team.
  • Complete administrative tasks using various company systems, including finance software, CRM, and inventory tracking management systems.
  • Provide support to coworkers to ensure efficient operations within departments.
  • Complete customer service interactions.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers.
  • Assisting with miscellaneous administrative tasks, like scheduling, helping in preparation for CCE sponsored events, booking and organizing travel arrangements for staff members, etc.
  • Keeping strong organization practices within the office.
  • Ensure the company Code of Conduct is properly adhered-to.
  • Promote workplace safety and adhere to standard health and safety protocols.
