JOB SUMMARY
Our established client is looking for a Financial Administrator to start immediately.
Working hours are 07:30-17:00 Monday to Friday and it is a fully office based role in the SN1 area.Your responsibilities will include :-
Process invoices on Xero accounting software,- Reconciling delivery notes to purchase invoices received and purchase orders, as applicable- Ensure all invoices are approved by the director-
Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements- Deal with purchase invoice queries- Help develop purchase ledger systems, controls and processes- Prepare purchase ledger payment runs, ready for approval and payment-
Assist with other duties within a busy office, as and when requiredMinimum requirement 3 years experience using Xero in a similar role.Salary 30,000-34,000 per annum depending on experience
