Job Title: Financial Administrator (Part-Time)

Homes Property Services (UK) Ltd is a small, friendly residential block management company based in Wokingham, Berkshire. With a dedicated team of five, we take pride in providing a personal and professional service to our clients.
We are now looking to recruit a part-time Financial Administrator to support our finance function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting who enjoys working in a close-knit team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general financial accounting and reporting
  • Process supplier payments and manage purchase ledger
  • Carry out bank reconciliations
  • Credit control and chasing outstanding payments
  • Maintain financial records and assist with monthly reporting
  • Support with ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Experience with accounting software is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Good communication skills and a team-player approach

Working Hours:

  • Part-time: Flexible hours (to be agreed)
  • Opportunity to increase hours during busy periods
