Finance Administrator - Soho House Amsterdam As Finance Accountant you will be taking care of ad-hoc tasks and providing ongoing support to the Finance team. What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in a similar finance or administrative role Completed MBO level education in Finance, Administration, or related field Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data Ability to work independently and take initiative A positive and enthusiastic attitude Excellent organizational and time management skills Daily Tasks Managing and maintaining the mailbox Performing cash reconciliation Bank postings and Revenue Uploads Handling accounts payable (AP) processes, including obtaining necessary approvals and processing supplier payments Weekly / Monthly Tasks Assisting with Cost of Sales (COS) control reporting Payment processing Supporting month-end closing procedures and preparations Coordinating with other departments for accurate financial data Benefits Soho House offers competitive compensation packages that feature global benefits and perks.
