About the role This role is ideal for an experienced Adviser who thrives in a high‑volume, booked advice environment and enjoys delivering intrafund and retirement advice that genuinely helps members make confident decisions about their super and retirement. You’ll provide scaled advice primarily over the phone, with opportunities to engage via video or in‑person when required. Working within a well‑established advice framework, you’ll balance productivity, compliance and client care while maintaining strong referral relationships and service standards. Key responsibilities * Deliver high‑volume intrafund and retirement advice through booked advice calls, primarily phone‑based, with video or face‑to‑face opportunities as required * Conduct thorough online fact‑finding to understand client circumstances, goals and retirement needs * Translate complex superannuation and retirement concepts into clear, simple and actionable advice * Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external referral partners, providing feedback and insights * Meet and manage key Advice KPIs, SLAs and productivity targets while maintaining quality outcomes * Adhere to the advice framework, governance requirements and regulatory obligations, including remediation where required * Participate in system, workflow and process improvements to enhance member experience and efficiency * Stay current with legislative changes, CPD requirements and all mandatory MUFG learning programs About you You are a confident, member‑centric Adviser who brings strong technical capability and commercial awareness to your advice delivery. You enjoy working in a structured, fast‑paced environment and take pride in helping Australians better understand their super and retirement options.
