SUMMARY Allworth Financial, one of the fastest growing RIA's in America, is seeking a growth-oriented, relationship-driven Financial Advisor to join our Denver, CO office.This is a fully in-office role designed for an advisor who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys building new client relationships, and is motivated by long-term growth. This position offers a strong foundation for success, including a modest transition of existing client relationships. These relationships are intended to provide early momentum while allowing the advisor to demonstrate capability, earn trust, and assume responsibility over time. Importantly, this role is not built on inheritance alone — the ideal candidate is eager to actively engage new leads, grow relationships, and expand their book of business. This is an exempt position with an annual base salary range of $100,000 to $150,000. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for incentive compensation, which may range from $10,000 to $300,000 annually, based on individual production and performance. Final base salary will be determined by factors including experience, qualifications, skills, and overall alignment with the role’s responsibilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Growth & Relationship Management Take ownership of a small, transitioned group of existing client relationships and ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience (anticipating ~50MM in transitioned assets). Actively engage new leads and prospective clients, conducting discovery conversations and building trust quickly. Grow and manage a balanced pipeline that includes both transitioned clients and newly acquired relationships. Demonstrate accountability for relationship development, retention, and growth. Financial Planning & Advisory Delivery Deliver comprehensive financial planning using Allworth’s 7 Personal Decision Points™ framework. Partner with the Wealth Planning Team and Associate Advisors to develop and present tailored financial plans. Leverage integrated services—including Estate Planning, Insurance Planning, and Tax Planning—to support holistic client outcomes. Conduct ongoing reviews to ensure alignment with client goals and fiduciary standards. Collaboration & Office Engagement Maintain a strong in-office presence to collaborate with teammates and meet with clients face-to-face. Participate in office initiatives, client events, and team meetings that support growth and visibility. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a consistent and seamless client experience. Communication & Documentation Communicate planning strategies, recommendations, and investment updates clearly and confidently. Maintain accurate client notes, follow-ups, and activity tracking in Allworth’s CRM system. Provide feedback to leadership on opportunities to improve growth processes and client experience. REQUIREMENTS CFP® or ChFC® designation required. Must have or be willing to obtain Series 65 or 66 (Series 7 and Insurance licenses not required). Minimum three years of client-facing financial planning or wealth management experience. Demonstrated success or strong aptitude in business development, lead conversion, and relationship growth. Confident communicator with the ability to build trust quickly in an in-office environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable being accountable for growth outcomes. Proficiency with financial planning tools and CRM systems (MoneyGuidePro and Salesforce preferred).
